Motor Vehicle Accident

Auto accidents cause a variety of injuries. The most obvious are broken bones, cuts, and internal injuries. But the most common auto accident injury is to the neck or back. Neck and back strains and pains, soft-tissue injuries to muscles, ligaments and tissues are sometimes called “whiplash”. Some common symptoms of whiplash are:

1. Neck pain and restriction of movement.
2. Headache that won't go away.
3. Tiredness and feelings of nervousness.
4. Trouble with balance, equilibrium.
5. Ringing in the ears.
6. Nausea.
7. Inability to sleep and excessive sweating.
8. Numbness in extremities.
9. Inability to concentrate or memory loss.
